My alarm or timer didn't ring.
Check that TaskTank is allowed to send notifications and alarms in iPhone Settings, and that a Focus isn't silencing it.
My tasks or fish are missing on a new phone.
Sign in with the same Apple or Google account you used before. Your tank syncs back.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: your account settings › Delete account. This removes your account and synced data.
How do I cancel Reef Keeper?
iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › TaskTank. Apple handles billing and refunds.
Where does my Reef Keeper money go?
$10 of each yearly plan, or $20 of a lifetime plan, goes to the cause you picked. We send it every month and post the proof on the Impact page.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Donations on this website are, where the law allows, and you get a receipt. The Reef Keeper share is given by TaskTank, so it isn't deductible for you.
